How to Create and Use Employee Details in CloudZoo




CLOUDZOO SIMPLE PACK


EMPLOYEE

STEP 1:
  1. Here we can Add, update and delete the employee details.
  2. It stored employee details that consider who all are working in your company employee.
  3. Click a add employee button.






STEP 2:


  1. Click-->add employee-->add a new employee data.
  2. And click a save button. 


FOR EXAMPLE:
  1. It is an example just enter the employee details.
  2. Click a save button.

STEP 3:
  1. After click a save button click YES to confirmation box to save, if any issue means click NO to discard.


STEP 4:
  1. The successfully message will appear add a new employee details.
 STEP 5:
For example:
  1. Here search a employee display name or id.
  2. Search a particular employee details so give that employee name.
  3. Click a search button.

STEP 6:
  1. We have to update a details means search and select a employee name and details.
  2. Click Update/edit button.


STEP 7:
For example:
  1. update a employee E-mail change that and click a save button.




STEP 8:
  1. Click  YES button to save , or if any click NO to discard .


STEP 9:
  1. The successfully message will appear to update a employee details.
      2.Here E-mail id is changed.
 




STEP 10:
DELETE : Click -->delete :
  1. What you want to delete just select that employee details and click a delete button.

STEP 11:
  1. Click YES to confirmation box , if any means click NO button.


STEP 12:
  1. Check whether a page employee details delete or not.
  2. Here that  employee details are delete successfully.


Transaction in CloudZoo in ERP

TRANSACTION RECEIPT



STEP 1:

  1. The product handling based on a transaction.
  2. Transfer the cash into another company just enter the amount details, company name, our currency state, credit amount all those things are mandatory.
  3. Transaction based on the two things first thing transfer into another company and include voucher in our company verification.






 STEP 2:
Add new receipt:
  1.     Click receipt button automatically open a new window and click NEW option.
  2.    After click a new option receipt form will be open.
                                                                      

  STEP 3:
  1. It is a receipt form used to amount transfer.
  2. Enter the requirement fields and click save button.
  3.  Include a mandatory details enter a transaction amount. 


STEP 4:

  1.     If you want to save just click YES button, if any click NO button.
  2.     Verify the data then save it.



STEP 5:

  1.     Successfully message will appear to save the transaction data.
  2.     Click done button.


STEP 6:
 Update transaction:
  1.   Here the data was saved just click what you want to update.
  2.   Click update option then edit your updates.


 STEP 7:
  1.     If you want to update selected contact just click YES button, if any click NO button.

STEP 8:
  1.     Successfully message will appear to save the update data.


STEP 9:
Delete transaction:
  1.     If you want to delete any transaction details means just select the data.
  2.     Click delete option to delete the data.
  3.     Check then delete the details.


STEP 10:
  1.     If you want to delete just click YES to delete the transaction.
  2.     It will be deleted.



VOUCHER



STEP 1:
  1.     Enter a requirement fields.
  2.     Include our transaction details it is our company verification.
  3.     Click save button to save the transaction details.



STEP 2:
  1.     Click YES to save the data, if any click NO button.

 STEP 3:
  1.     Successfully message will appear to save the data.

STEP 4:
Update voucher data:
  1.  If you want to update the particular data means just click that particular contact and click      update option.
  2.   Enter an edit data edit and update the fields.
 STEP 5:
  1.    Successfully message will appear to save the transaction data.

 STEP 6:
Delete transaction data:
  1.  If you want to delete the data means just click which data you have to delete select that and    click a delete option.
  2.   It will be delete the transaction data.

STEP 7:
  1.     If you want to delete the voucher means just click YES button, if any click NO.

Despatch in CloudZoo ERP

   INVENTORY

   DESPATCH

STEP 1:
  1. Despatch is used to deliver products details.
  2. How many product deliver into another company that details required in this despatch field.


STEP 2:

Add despatch:
  1. Click-->Add despatch-->enter a required data and add the products.
  2. Click to save new button or click save and close.

STEP 3:
  1. If you want to save just click YES, if any click NO button to discard.


STEP 4:
  1. Successfully message will appear to save the data.

STEP 5:

Update despatch:
  1. What you want to update select company and click update button.
  2. Enter a company name and click search button select after click a update button.

STEP 6:
  1. Add required data and click save button.
  2. Enter a product, Qty, and some required fields and click save button to save the data.

STEP 7:
  1. Click YES to save or click NO to discard save.



STEP 8:
  1. Successfully message will appear to save the data.


STEP 9:

Delete despatch:
  1. If you want to delete a particular company details means just select a company.
  2. Enter a company name click a search button to search and get a company detail.
  3. Click a delete button.


STEP 10:
  1. Click a YES to delete, if any click NO button.

STEP 11:
  1. Successfully message will appear to delete the data.


STEP 12:
  1. What you want to filter select and enter that fields.
  2. Click filter button.
