Employee

Here we can add, update and delete the contact details of the employee who are all working in your company.



Add Employee:
Steps:
      1.Click Contact -> Add employee button to add new employee contact.
     2.Enter the data(Employee name is mandatory).
     3.Ensure all the required data are entered .

    4.Click Save button.
    5.Click Yes to the confirmation box,if any click No to discard the saving.



Update Employee:
  Steps:
      1.Click Contact -> Update Employee button to update the employee details
.
        2.It brings you the window to search the employee contact page which you are going to edit.
     3.Select your searching method either by Employee Id or employee name or display name
     4.Enter at least two characters to search.
       5.Click the box to select your employee details and click Update button.



     6.The particular employee page will appear , then make your changes and click Save button.
     7.Click Yes to the confirmation box, if any click No to discard the saving.

    8.A successful message will appear for creation of contact.
 
Delete  Employee:

 Steps:
    1.Click Contact -> Update Employee button to delete the particular employee or group of employee details.
    2.It brings you the window to search the employee contact page which you are going to delete.
    3.Select your searching method either by Employee name or display name
    4.Enter at-least two characters to search.
    5.Click the box to select your employee and click Delete button.
    6.Click Yes to confirmation box , if any click No to discard deleting.





 

Contact

Contact Page 

      Here we can  store our customer's and supplier's data.


Step 1:
         1.Click Contact -> Add Contact button.
            2.Enter the details.(Here company name is mandatory other fields are optional)

     3.Click Save button or press Ctrl+s 
    4.Click Yes to the confirmation box, if any please click No button to discard saving.

           
     5.A successful message will appear for creation of new contact



  Update contact:
 
   Steps:
      1.Click Contact -> Update contact button to update the customer and supplier contact details
     2.It brings you the window to search their contact page which you are going to edit
     3.Select your searching method either by company name or display name.
     4.Enter at least two characters to search
     5.Click the box to select your customer or supplier contact and click Update button or Double click on the field that you want to edit


      6.The particular customer/supplier page will appear , then make your changes and click Save button
    7.Click Yes to the confirmation box, if any click No to discard the saving.
    8. A successful message will appear for updation of contact



Delete contact
Steps:
      1.Click Contact ->Update Contact  to delete the particular customer/supplier or group of customers/suppliers details
`    2.It brings you the window to search the customer/supplier contact page which you are going to delete
     3.Select your searching method
either by company name or display name.
     4.Enter at least two characters to search
     5.Click the box to select your customer/supplier contact and click Delete button     
     6.Click Yes to confirmation box , if any click No to discard deleting
7. A successful message will appear for deletion of contact
