Customer Details in CloudZoo ERP

STEP 1:
CUSTOMER PAGE:
  1.     Here tduuydfydywe can store our customer details and supplier data.





STEP 2:
  1.     Click --> Add contact --> click a add contact button.
  2.     Enter a contact details.
  3.     Click a save button.
STEP 3:
  1.  After click a save button click YES to confirmation box to save, if any issue means Please click a NO button. 



STEP 4:
  1.     The successful message will appear creating a new contact details.

STEP 5:
  1.     Enter at least two character to select a customer contact.
  2.     List of the contact name is appear select which you going to edit.


STEP 6:
UPDATE:
  1.     Use an update button to update the company details.
  2.     Which company you going to update.

STEP 7:
  1. After click a update button open a update box and what you want to edit then update and click a save button.



STEP 8:
  1.     Now knitting changed into garments that only updated.
  2.     Click a save button then click yes to confirmation box to store the update customer details.
  3.     Finally a customer details are add and updated successfully.
  4.     Successfully message appear for updating of contact.





STEP 9:
DELETE:
  1. Click-->delete--> click a delete button to delete a customer details.
  2. Select which customer details you want to delete and click a delete button.
STEP 10:
  1.     Click yes to confirmation box to delete a customer details.



STEP 11:
  1.     Successfully message will appear for deletion of contact.

STEP 1:
  1.  Each Highlighting fields helps you locate information in a different way.
  2.  The home page is called as a dashboard.
Sales on last 30 days:
  1. It is used to store a last 30 days marketing information.
  2. The company what they sales in last 30 days just save in the software that shows in your home page it means sales on 30 days.
Expense:
  1. This option expense it is nothing but a purchase handle.
  2. What their expense that shows in expense account.
Out of Stock:
  1. When an inventory stock that of a particular SKU counts to zero is called out of stock.
Minimum stock:
  1. Finally collect a minimum stock details how much you sale and how much you store in a product that include when you purchase a product in outside it depends on the minimum stock requirement.
Receivable:
  1. Receivable is a previous outstanding by a particular customer.
Payable:
  1. It is your outstanding view that means how much you pay into another customer.



STEP 2:
Total hot leads:
  1. This shows the pending work status.
  2. Store the important works that must finished in a particular time period so this shows your important work alert.
Total hot lead value:
  1. The company important work schedule total value to a particular person.
  2. Product and that's value shows.
Total pending tickets to be resolved:
  1. The pending tickets resolved means the pending works are completed.
GST amount to be filled for current month:
  1. The company GST amount how much you will be paid to current month.
Today's sales:
  1. The total sales value stored and shows in the dashboard.
Today's purchase:
  1. The total purchase value stored.






STEP 3:
  1. The black arrow-mark define a total outstanding value in our company.
  2. Your current outstanding always shows payable and receivable amount.
  3. Payable amount value view in a negative manner and receivable value view in the positive manner.



Bulk Import in CloudZoo ERP

BULK IMPORT


STEP 1:
  1. Here you can import your group of customers or suppliers details which are all already   maintain in your excel sheet or anything else.




 STEP 2:
  1.      Click Contact-> Import

 STEP 3:
  1.     What you want to import just click from excel sheet.
  2.     Select and save a excel sheet to paste our software and import.





STEP 4:
  1.     Open the template and fill those columns or just copy and paste from your file and save it.
  2.     Enter the total number of contact in the Add Row box.
  3.     Click Add Row button, CloudZoo will calculate the rows.



STEP 5:
  1.     Copy the data in excel sheet and Click Paste from Excel button, it will show you all the contacts in the respective columns.


STEP 6:
  1.     Click Start Import Process to save button to import the contact to CloudZoo.


 STEP 7:
  1.     Successfully message will appear to contact import.






Backup In CloudZoo ERP

STEP 1:
  1. Click --> Backup Now -->backup on your system software.





STEP 2:
  1. If you want to backup click a YES button, if any click NO to don't want to backup.



STEP 3:

  1. After click a yes button backup process on and finally successfully message will appear to got a backup.


STEP 4:
  1. Click -->My Backup --> your backup list will be showed on the Backups Folder.
  2. It stored on date with time.
  3. It is easy to find out which time and date it was backup.



Accounting Year Shift in CloudZoo ERP

ACCOUNTING YEAR SHIFT



STEP 1:
  1.     Open a CloudZoo software enter a user name, password and click a login button.
 
 



STEP 2:
  1.     It is a CloudZoo home page click a settings button.
 
 



 STEP 3:
  1.     You have to select an Admin option.
 
 



STEP 4:
  1.     Select admin option and click a scroll down option and choose accounting year shift then enter.





  STEP 5:
  1.     Select an Accounting year shift option and click open admin settings.




STEP 6: 
  1.    After click a settings option open a new box and you have change year means just entered account year.
 
 



STEP 7:
For example:
  1.     My current Accounting year is cloudzoo_18_19.
  2.     You have to change my accounting year so enter new accounting year cloudzoo_19_20.
  3.     Just click a shift button it will be changed.




STEP 8:
  1.     Successfully message will appear to shift accounting year.
 
 





Purchase Return in CloudZoo ERP

 

PURCHASE RETURN



STEP 1:
  1. Purchase return is nothing but we purchase a product from another company if we didn't use that product means just return to the company is called as a purchase return.
                                                                            

                                                                                                                                              
STEP 2:

  1. Add-->purchase return-->Enter a requirement fields company name, party DC, our po, order NO,etc.

The Reference number which may be any reference number

Party DC refers to the customer's DC number/Id  for future reference

Our DC refers to your Company DC number/Id
Price List
Customer vice price list
Order No
Order no refers to our company order no list

Job No refers  to the Job Number of your company
Tags / style No
Tags/Style No refers to the Tag number or Style number of your company
Our PO #
Our PO refers to your company purchase order number
Bill or create date
You can change the date of transaction by using this option
# Staff
Staff refers to your company staff name by whom this inward details entered
           
Terms
Terms refers to any terms and condition of your company can be added to this column
Status
Status is used to mention the status of that inward (for ex: paid / to pay)
#Print
Print is used to print that particular transaction
Account

STEP 3:
  1. Enter how many products you have to return to the company.
  2. Click save button to save the data.

STEP 4:
  1. If you want to save the purchase return data click YES to save the data or No to discard save.
  2. Successfully message will appear to save the purchase_return.




STEP 5:
Update purchase_return:
  1. If you want to update the purchase return means select that data and click update option.


STEP 6:
  1. What you have edit update that fields and click save button.


STEP 7:
  1. If you want to save a purchase_return updated data means just click YES or click No button.

STEP 8:
  1. If you want to print it means click YES button, if any click NO button to discard print format.

 STEP 9:
  1. Data saved successfully you want to print means just click YES button to continue.

STEP 10:
Delete purchase_return:
  1. If you want to delete a particular data just select and click delete option.

STEP 11:
  1. If you want to delete just click YES button, or click No button.


STEP 12:
  1. Successfully message will appear to delete the purchase_return data.


STEP 13:
Filter:
  1. Enter a any one of the known data and click filter button.
